Performing Arts
This intensive program runs
- Wednesday from 1.30-7.30pm
- Thursday–Friday from 9.30-3pm.
Artists are regularly required to rehearse and perform in events that occur outside of these times.
The program is directed at young adults with interest and ability in the performing arts and enables aspiring artists with a disability to work regularly with local and international high calibre professional artists.
The program focuses especially on skill building activities related to the creation and production of music and music theatre. These include singing, acting, movement, concept development and song-writing.
There is also an ongoing emphasis on speech and literacy and digital technology related to music.
Entrance is by interview or group audition.
