Charlie Taplin has been with Tutti since 2006. He has recently had the honour of having his paintings displayed in the Marie Hart Galleries at Holdfast Marina, Glenelg for the SALA 2008 exhibit, where all his work sold on opening night. He also exhibited his work in the Pepper Street Arts Centre 2008 Exhibition. “There is a purity about Charlie’s art,” says Marie Hart, daughter of the renowned Pro Hart. “Charlie is pure talent, and his work reminds me of aboriginal art. In fact, the director of a well known gallery in Adelaide recently mistook one of Charlie’s paintings for an Emily!” (Emily Kame Kngwarreye).
